The rules and regulations pertinent to education and research are mentioned in gNara Womenfs University School Regulationsh, and in each facultyfs regulations.
The regulations are mentioned in gCampus Lifeh (booklet), and all students should read them carefully and comply with them.
2.Notices and Information for Students
Notices and information for international students are put up on the bulletin board outside the International Division and the university bulletin board (to the east of the Academic Information Center), along with the ones at the Educational Affair Division and at the Student Support Division. In fact, there are many bulletin boards with useful information about your major or courses in campus buildings, and we recommend you should check the contents regularly. At Nara Womenfs University, the safety confirmation system (Sakura Renrakumou ) is activated in case of emergency (e.g. earthquake, storm or natural disaster). This system provides students safety confirmation and other important notices, therefore, they need to register this as soon as they can.
Announcements from the International Exchange Center and the International Division are also posted on the following website.
3.Student Identification Card
The Educational Affairs Division issues identification cards to students upon their admission.
International students are required to carry their cards with them all the time.
4.Confirmation for Registered Students
At the International Division, we must confirm the status of international students in order to give them appropriate assistance and support so that we can prevent them from being disadvantaged.
Please drop in at the International Students Section of the International Division, present your residence card and sign the registration book once a month. We will confirm whether there is any change in the information you provided and give you necessary support.
